Digital Products & Templates
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales of digital products are final, except:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix it within 72 hours.
- The product is materially different from its description.
In those cases, contact hello@crearelabs.in within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we will repair, replace or refund.
Services
- Advance payments confirm your project slot and cover discovery/planning; they are non-refundable once work begins.
- If Crearelabs cancels a project before starting work, your advance is refunded in full.
- Milestone payments cover completed phases and are non-refundable after approval of that phase.
- Monthly retainers (marketing, SEO, maintenance) may be cancelled with 15 days' written notice; the current month is non-refundable.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Cashfree or PayPal) within 7–10 business days.
