Digital template purchases are generally final once files are delivered. If a file is corrupted, unavailable or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace or review the purchase.

For services, advance payments reserve project time and cover planning. Milestone payments cover completed work. Refunds depend on the project stage and signed proposal.
