This standard Service Agreement applies to Crearelabs service engagements unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
Deliverables, timelines and exclusions are defined in the project proposal. Anything outside that scope is a change request, quoted separately.
Client will provide content, brand assets, account access and approvals on time. Delays in inputs extend timelines accordingly.
Projects follow the milestone schedule in the proposal (typically advance → mid-project → pre-launch). Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work.
Each design/development phase includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are billed at our standard rate.
Estimates assume timely client inputs. Crearelabs will communicate proactively about any schedule changes.
Both parties keep non-public information confidential during and after the engagement. NDAs are available on request.
Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the Client. Crearelabs retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and may showcase the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
We fix defects in delivered work free of charge during the support window stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate plan.
Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
