By using crearelabs.in (the "Site") or purchasing our services and digital products, you agree to these terms.
Service engagements (development, design, marketing) are governed by the proposal/agreement shared for that project, including scope, timeline and payment milestones. Work begins after the agreed advance is received.
Prices are displayed in INR and USD. Indian payments are processed via Cashfree; international payments via PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after the payment gateway verifies the transaction on our server.
Until full payment, all deliverables remain the property of Crearelabs. After full payment, agreed deliverables transfer to you, excluding third-party assets and our pre-existing tools/frameworks.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our deliverables for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crearelabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
